Safety comes first

We know that you won’t be able to relax and enjoy your massage unless you feel 100% comfortable with your therapist. And your therapist needs to know that they will be safe when meeting new clients at their home or office. So we place the highest priority on safety.

For client safety, our therapists undergo:

• Multiple in-person interviews
• Police background check
• Reference checks
• Practical exam

For therapist safety, our clients must:

• Provide ID when registering
• Verify their ID with a selfie
• Pay via direct bill or credit card with our in person guest service staff in store
