Do I need to give my credit card, or can I pay in some other way?
To schedule your Treatment you need to have a valid credit card associated with your account. Your card will be charged any amount not covered by your insurance after Direct Billing.
Do I get an insurance receipt?
If you prefer to submit your claim at home we will provide you with a detailed receipt via email at the conclusion of your treatment which you can submit to your insurance provider.
Why do I need to complete a health history form?
Your therapist is required to complete a health history form before your treatment begins. Your health history provides your therapist with necessary information to treat you safely. You only need to complete the form once a year
Can I rebook with a particular massage therapist?
Yes. If you’ve found a therapist you like, you can request them again. If the therapist you requested is unavailable, we can send another qualified therapist to perform your treatment.
Is a tip included?
Tipping is optional, but encouraged. Cash Tips are preferred or it can be added to your order and charged to your Credit Card on file.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment that is starting in less than 12 hours, a $65.00 cancellation fee applies. If you are cancelling an appointment that is starting in less than four hours, we will charge you the full cost of the massage.
Can I get my appointment Direct Billed to my Insurance?
Yes, as long as you provide your accurate Insurance Company Information in your Intake Form we will Direct Bill your treatment just prior to the start of your Massage. Any amounts not covered by your insurance will be charged to your credit card on file.
How do you ensure my safety?
Euphoria Wellness employs only experienced, well trained Registered Massage Therapists who are in good standing with their governing massage therapy associations in Alberta. They must undergo in person interviews, background checks, practical exams and covid safety training prior to the start of their employment.
Why do I have to provide a selfie?
Providing a photo enables us to ensure the safety of our therapists when they visit your home.
